I’m Paula, founder of Paula Isobel Floral Design, creating thoughtful and romantic floral experiences from my home studio in the village of Hurstpierpoint, nestled in the South Downs of West Sussex.

Before floristry, my business career of over 20 years combined creativity with leadership, working alongside architects, interior designers and clients where exceptional service, meticulous planning and delivering on promises were paramount. It taught me that the most memorable experiences are built not only on beautiful ideas, but on trust, organisation and thoughtful execution. Those principles remain at the heart of every wedding and celebration I create.

Listening carefully, understanding a client’s vision and paying meticulous attention to detail with a calm and collaborative approach is at the heart of everything I do.

My floral style is naturally romantic and garden-inspired, embracing the beauty of the changing seasons. I favour designs with softness, texture and movement, creating arrangements that feel both elegant and effortlessly beautiful.

As a bride-to-be myself, I understand just how many decisions go into planning a wedding. I know how important it is to feel supported by suppliers you trust, and to have someone by your side who genuinely understands both the excitement and the responsibility of bringing your vision to life. I am passionate about creating a supportive and calm process throughout the journey, so you can simply enjoy the most wonderful day ahead.

I therefore consciously choose to work with only a limited number of couples each year from intimate ceremonies to larger weddings, ensuring each celebration receives the care and personal attention it deserves.
